TRAINING
In-Person Workshops
Body-Led Breastfeeding workshops come to you! We offer two full days of practical, memorable and ready-to-use clinical techniques. Workshops harness high-touch, experiential learning, interactive discussions, clinical videos, anatomy deep-dives, and demo consults to introduce and integrate new skills and solutions for persistent lactation challenges.

About Our In-Person Workshops
We begin with the theory base of Body-Led Breastfeeding, then move on to assess infant suck during nursing — how to interpret it and apply interventions to resolve pain, poor milk transfer, and/or improving dysfunctional suck.
From there, we explore infant body dynamics on and off the breast, identifying how these body habits or patterns of movement reveal opportunities for support.
Finally, we focus on how to shift infant patterning to improve the nursing relationship by isolating the work of the tongue during suck cycling and downregulating the body's compensatory mechanisms.
At the end of each day, we will incorporate a live demonstration with a mother/lactating parent and baby to illustrate how these techniques work in practice.

I was amazed by the popsicle sucking exercise! It was enlightening to feel my own increased suck strength when I added in chin support!
As soon as I joined the first session I knew I was being introduced to information I had never been exposed to before. It felt like the missing piece for my lactation practice.
