HELP FOR FAMILIES

Lactation Support

Ellen Chetwynd and bodyworker work on an infant during a lactation consult using body led breastfeeding techniques

Teaching Babies To Nurse (NC, USA)

Ellen founded Teaching Babies to Nurse (TBTN) as a referral center for families facing complex breastfeeding challenges. Practicing both in person and online, she applies Body-Led Breastfeeding techniques developed over the course of her career in lactation support, research, and integrative maternal–child health care to deliver advanced assessment and treatment.

She works with an exceptional team of lactation consultants trained in Body-Led Breastfeeding, along with bodyworkers and osteopathic physicians. Together, they engage each lactating couplet with a dynamic, multifaceted framework designed to address even the most persistent breastfeeding concerns.

Growing Happy Babies (Israel)

Adina Kopinsky, IBCLC, is the founder of Growing Happy Babies, a practice dedicated to supporting families through complex breast and bottle-feeding challenges. Providing lactation consultations both in person and online, she uses a Body-Led Breastfeeding approach that integrates infant body mechanics, feeding dynamics, and lactation research to improve comfort, efficiency, function, and connection in feeding relationships.

Adina is an assistant editor of the Journal of Human Lactation, the producer and co-host of its monthly literature review podcast, and a co-host of the Body-Led Breastfeeding Podcast with Ellen Chetwynd. Her work focuses on translating research into practical, compassionate care that helps families move from feeding struggles to greater ease and confidence rooted in more functional bodies.
